I also have a wide range of experience in offering workshops and trainings both for agencies and in private practice.

Modalities

My initial counselling training (early 1990s) was in Carl Rogers person Centred Counselling, and to this day remains my foundation for working with clients. Since those days I have attended many trainings and have integrated a range of modalities which I use with clients as appropriate. Completing a Master’s Degree in Creative Arts Therapy (2007) enables me to offer creative approaches in a safe, ethical and professional way.
